Before you get started
Terms of use
Last updated October 19, 2026
These terms cover your use of this website and how consultation requests work. The work itself, from design through installation, is always set out in a written proposal that you sign before we begin.
Using this website
You are welcome to browse, share links and save pages for your own planning. Please don’t copy our photographs, drawings or writing for commercial use, or try to interfere with how the site works.
Consultation requests
Sending the consultation form is a request to talk, not a booking or a contract. We will reply personally, usually within two working days, to confirm a date and time. A preferred date you choose in the form is a guide; the appointment is set once we confirm it with you by email or phone.
Prices and estimates
Prices on this site, such as “most built-in projects start at $18,000,” are general guides based on recent work. Every room is different. Your project price, payment schedule, timeline and warranty are set out in your written proposal, and that proposal takes precedence over anything on this website.
Our work and images
All photographs, shop drawings, cut lists and text on this site belong to Ashby & Rowe Joinery unless we say otherwise. Rooms shown are examples of our work; finished pieces vary with the wood, the house and the client’s brief.
Information you send us
When you share photos, links or notes about your home, you confirm you have the right to share them. We use them only to plan your project, as described in our privacy policy.
Links to other sites
We may link to suppliers, publications or other sites we find useful. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
No warranty for the website
We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is.” We may update, change or pause any part of it without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Ashby & Rowe Joinery is not liable for indirect or incidental losses that come from using this website. Nothing here limits any rights you have under New York law or under a signed project agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the courts of Ulster County, New York.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
